My dog ate all my remotes. I have an RM AX1400 to replace them all with. I have ALL sony components. I cannot get the remote to work with my dvd/vcr combo SLV D350P. Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

I don't know if you've found the answer yet, and I don't know if this is going to help or not, but when you are programming the remote from a pc and in the process of adding a new component, there is a help button (i believe in the lower left corner) that instructs which components fit in which category. This is helpful because I was trying to program my panasonic dvd/audio home theater using dvd/panasonic codes, but actually the help section left me classify it in the correct category. I found the presets shortly after.
