I have a IRIQ and it won't let me see the buttons to add or edit devices. Has any one heard of this? I got the software update and it says I already have the latest version. I can't find the original software disc and a call to Harmon specialty group (the company that madrigal is now) was absoluely no help. Does anybody know where I can get the software? Or even how I can fix this problem directly on the remote? Thanks Jordan

I have seen that on a TC1000 that I bought for parts. You could not get the contrast to work sufficiently to see any part of the screen. I was able to push about in the correct area using another TC1000 at each step until I had just a ghost of an image. But it would not go any darker. It was not a bad screen because I plugged a good screen into the unit and it still would not give any contrast. C'est la vie. I saw a couple brand new IRIQ's on Ebay for very reasonable prices.

I don't think loading the original software is going to help. If you still want the original email me at gkoth@digphoto.net.
