You're probably better off getting a replacement remote and then teaching the TC1000 the commands. Here's a site that offers replacement remotes for Ultravox: [Link: avukltd.com]

Otherwise, have you found any codes for this TV? For example, if you have a PDA (e.g. iPaq) and if you find codes for this TV that are available in the Pronto forum, then you can use these to teach the TC1000. The way to do it is to purchase a remote control software product for a PDA such as PDAWin and then load the Pronto file on it. You can then use the PDA to teach the TC1000. I've used this before and it worked great.

Hope that helps!

ok thanks a lot mdacosta! I think that I will ask for a remplacement remote because I don't have any PDA...
Just a question to know... I received this remote for free 3 or 4 years ago.. but I just begin to use it now... and I have lost the manual? does it exist on the net? I didn't find any manual on the harman/kardon's website..?

thanks!
