Hi all,

I am sitting here in sunny (?) London, England considering buying a Pronto or IRIQ. My problem is I have a Yamaha DSP A3090, but the remote has a couple of funtions that no longer work, so I can't use the learning mode. The functions I have a problem with are Volume Down, AC3/Pro Logic(!), and Rear Level. All other funtions work on the orginal remote.

Can anyone advise me if either the Pronto or IRIQ have the necessary control codes for the above functions that I am now missing.

Having just bought the Take Control, and also owning a 3090, I can tell you that it already knows the amp and has volume down and pro-ligic in its memory. When you first start the TC it runs you through setting up devices and the 3090 is one of those it recognises. If your ever in sunnier Stockport, you can borrow my remote to learn the rear level control.
chris.
