I have had no problems with this remote except my own learning curve to all its features. Short of a RF feature so I could use my Sony DSS one could not ask for more. Connections to the PC worked great. In fact programming this remote from the PC is the way to go. Never had a sync problem like some have suggested. One learning curve I have learned the hard way is when using a macro issuing several commands you do not want to move the remote around until it has finished, else not all the devices will get the signal. A very good remote I would recommend to anyone wanting a feature rich universal remote.

Something I did that really helped my IR was put a master IR repeater on my equipment now I only have to aim at the TV where I put the receiving IR.

Another good review of the HK.
It works flawlessly. No IR problems from up to 28ft (while looking at screen -uh, I think they planned it ths way folks). My only complaint is with my equipment. I wish manufacturers, other than SONY, would provide an OFF and ON command. This makes my system difficult to automate. I could not imagine this thing working better than it does (I hope the batteries last a while). The software is slick and easy to use.
My wife picked this one over the Pronto. She liked its activity based operation.
If anyone is looking for more feedback I can post a more detailed review.
I think we payed $300 shipped, from SoundCity.
