I purchase a URC-200 remote and am having an issue with setting the volume up/down. I have a Motorola Cable Box with a univeral remote that's programmed for volume up/down based on the TV. I used the URC-200 learning feature to record the volume up/down from the Comcast remote. All other learned keys on the URC-200 activate the proper features on the cable box but the volume up/down does nothing. The little transmit icon shows when I press either the volume up/down button but nothing happens. I tried recording the volume up/down from the original TV remote, also with no success. I tried programmng the URC TV device with the proper volume up/down codes - also no result. Any ideas?

Sounds like the punch-through is enabled on that device. To remedy it, punch-through the vol from that device to that device.
