I saw so many plaintive cries for help from Haier users, and Haier's website is in Chinese, so thought this might help someone else!
I'm using an RCA RCU300T remote, which is also sold as a Radio Shack 15-2109.
My TV is a Haier TN131AUV.
The TV remote code is 237.
***Notice for minimalists:
A major minus is the fact that this 3-in-1 universal remote makes its DVD and VCR controls share one button. That means you can only use the remote with either your DVD -or- your VCR, but not both on the same remote. If you have a cable-ready TV, you don't need the DBS-CABLE button. If you have a modest setup like mine (small TV hooked into cable, small portable DVD player with RCA jacks into TV, and VHS VCR hooked into TV), you might want to look more carefully at how the remote buttons are laid out before you blow $10-15.
Meanwhile, I just programmed the RCA remote for the TV and VCR and will keep using the remote control that came with my CyberHome CH-DVD300. The VCR is a Magnavox VRT322AT21 (code is 062).
