I had recently purchased a universal remote from walmart, that was RCA made, and tried programming it to my Magnavox TV/VCR Combo. The remote couldnt communicate with it. I thought the remote was incompatible, so I bought another remote, of Radioshack make, 4-in-one universal remote, and that remote had found the codes for the TV, which was 0156, but when i pressed the power or play button, etc. the TV would not respond! could you help me out here?
