Does anyone have any information regarding this remote? It looks nice, and I'm considering going with it, but I can't seem to find any reviews over the internet or on this site. Thanks for your help!

Operationally it's very similar to the Sunwave SRC-3810 (which we just reviewed), with a different screen and button layout. You can get specs here: [Link: sunwave.com.tw]

I had one, sold it on eBay a few months ago. Basically it's a lot like the Sony touchscreen remotes. It can learn IR codes and assign to any LCD button you choose. Each LCD button has 3 possible labels to choose from. Drawback: you cannot change the label text, and there may not be a button text matching the function you want to assign.

For instance I used blank buttons for my power macros. It has no button labeled 'Guide', so I had to use a generic button without text for my DirecTV program guide button.

If you're the primary user and you can remember your buttons, it's a nice remote with a comfortable feel in your hand. Beware, it's not wife-friendly.

I also found it hard on batteries, had to replace them every 4-6 weeks.

I finally replaced my SUR-35 with a Harmony.
