Hi everyone,
I'm doing a class project and we want to develop a new "ultimate" remote. This remote would have all the fundamental things like learning commands, macros, etc. The price of the remote does not matter. Some features we thought of are:
- 802.11abg to connect to a computer, download codes, etc.
- TV-guide on an LCD screen on the remote, so you can see what's on without blocking what you're watching
- headphone jack so you can watch TV without disturbing others, with the audio streamed through the wireless network
Does anyone find these features useful? What else do you want?
