OK, I am leaning towards the Harmony, but now I see this Pronto Neo TSU500, and MAN does that look cool... Just what I needed, another option.
Now Pronto Neo or Harmony 659?

Can you edit like crazy on the Pronto touch screen? like edit any button to say and do anything?

If you go with a Pronto the TSU-3000 is much better. And yes you can edit any Pronto like crazy. If you click on file there are sections for user configurations files for all the Pronto remote families (Pronto, Neo, NG, iPronto) with some screen shots taken from each file.

The Pronto remotes are extremely configurable and you make them look and behave any way you want using the editor SW on the PC. But if you want something 100% original be prepared to put in a lot of hours (like some people say it is a new hobby) on the other hand if you looked at the file section you have a big bank of styles to help you. You will also need some time at the beginning getting used to ProntoEdit NG or NeoEdit (depending on the remote) lastly you will also need to know what you want (no one uses the default, and if you don't you start with a white page).

The Harmony is no where near as configurable, but you can be done in minutes and the wizards help you get everything done.

That being said I have the original Pronto TS-1000 and a Harmony remote 768, and both are excellent remotes that you cannot go wrong with, it is all about personal preference.
