Just purchased and set up the Universal Remote, MX-500. Love it. Very well done, easy to program, easy to use. Sucess with TV, DVD, Amp, VCR, Tivo, STB and CD. But cannot get it to work correctly with my Sony Vaio Media PC. Used the learn function on the remote to copy commands from the Sony remote. This worked well, but it will only accept one key press, then I must use a different key before the first one used will work again. So, if you use the down arrow once, it works, but will not work again unless I use another key, say the left arrow. Then down arrow will work one time only again. This is the last, and key, function I would like to get running on this remote. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Your Vaio apparently suffers from Parity Bits.I know there are a couple of innovative solutions for this with the MX-500. Do a search for micro macros. This is essentially learning two key presses to one key.
