Hello,
I need the codelist for the Jensen JR500, it looks like they got bought by thompson, and took down all the code lists.

I just had to pull out my list today, I could have shared it.
Also, I called my cable company's tech support (awesome company, great little service department) and tried to see if any other cable boxes were compatible with Oak remote commands, so I could use MY Jensen JR500C on it. They're sweet little remotes.

Thank you! Yes! What a search........man! Finally. This is ridiculous. You are the only one that had it right. I registered just so I could say thanks. I still can't get my Apex dvd with that 0672 code, but I have the manual. Thanks again!!! I'm out!

I have a RCA VR631HF vcr and I need to figure out how to program my JR500C remote to send the "clear" function - This is for clearing the programming in the VCR. Any ideas guys/gals? Thanks

According to what I read in the manual, the EXIT key on the 500 remote is supposed to perform the CLEAR function on the VCR remote.
If that doesn't work, then I don't have an answer for you. Sorry.

For god's sake, go up the page to post #7, where all the big black bold writing is, and do it yourself.
