Can anyone please tell me what the little sticky out bit on the top right of the unit is. Is it supposed to glow blue when something happens. Mine never ever lights up and I am wondering if something is broken.

If it is not meant to light up then can someone please tell me what it is for. Thanks.

This lights up blue if you send an UpNp command over your wifi connection. For example if you skip a song when playing a playlist on your streamium device.

It used to indicate any sort of WiFi activity, but they toned it down.
