When I switch my TV from single digit channel selection to double digit channel selection with the -/-- button, I need to press this button twice. If I press the button once my TV shows which choice I'm on. My TV setup does not allow me to change this type of channel selection.

Unfortunately the setup procedure of the remote for the TV part does not allow me to configure this type of channel selection. Therefore when I using the TV guide on the remote it is not possible to select programs on channels of two digits.

I would like to see this type of digit channel selection be part of the TV setup procedure in the next firmware update. Here follow the details of my setup

TV: Samsung ws28mo66
Remote: RC9800i, firmware version: 2.0.80

Best regards,

De Pampi

Did you go thought the entire activity setup wizard? though this wizard, there are very detailed screens that ask questions about how to enter in one/two/three digit channels. I have three TV's in the house and each do it a little differently -- this remote handles each one perfectly and I can use the TV guide for each TV.

Try going through the activity setup again an answer all of the questions. Let me know if you get a different result.
Universal Remote: Sony AV-RM3100, TV - Samsung TXJ2766, AMP - Sony STR-DE845, DVD - Sony DVP-3000, Tape - Sony TC-WE435, VCR - Panasonic PV-8661

Yes I did, and I tried several selections. This matter is under de eyes of the develepment team and will probably be fixed in the next firmware.
