I never liked this remote from the start and the only person who I programed this for is hating it now! I told him it's low quality compared to the TSU series and he said it's cheap who cares, lets just get it! Now he faced the consequence for his mistake. Anyone else not like this remote?

Nobody else likes this remote. It's so bad that people don't even bother checking the forums anymore. Way to abandon your customers Philips!
