Has anyone had any experience using their Bose system (I have Lifestyle 28iii) and this Phillips remote? I was thinking about buying it, but it doesn't have radio frequency capability.
I was wondering, b/c I know Bose does have an IR mode, which I could switch to if needbe.

If you can switch the Bose to use IR mode, I'm pretty sure you can have the RC9800i learn the Bose's IR commands - unless Bose uses some non-standard IR frequency which the RC9800i might not be able to handle.
