Hey..
i just got my RC9800i and when ever i remove it from the charger it DIRECTLY switshes off.. I did let it charge for more than 3 hours.. but til this moment it only works when its docked.. This is extremely annoying.. please let me know how to slove it..

It seems that the battery is not charging. It is best to return the device for service.
