I found a pcf profile with some buttons and they seems to work:
GarethRees27_10_2010.pcf

The TSU7000 will learn only the volume up and down and mute. It fails at all the rest, power, up, down, left, right, select, back, tv/home and play/pause.

I got up, down, left, right, back and the play/pause and maybe the select from the pcf file.

I'd like to get the power and TV\Home buttons.

Look in the Pro forum. There's a complete codeset including home and power there.

Thanks for the codes!

Why can't the TSU7000 read them?

Why do they go from a large code set to a very small one in the custom IR code.

Is there still no replacement for the tusty old Prontos?

I'd love to have the same unit with a contemporary CPU and half as thick and a little narrower.

The 7000 can read them but it shortens the codes because it thinks is an NEC code.

Try pasting the codes and then let it shorten them. Try out the shortened version.

The posted codes work (thanks!) but when I try to have the TSU7000 read them in from the Apple remote all but the volume up, down and mute fail. I spent a bunch of time trying the different buttons with short and long presses but they always fail to read the code. ???

I wish Philips was still making remotes. :(

The ATV 4K remote does not sent IR codes for anything but volume and mute. These are sent as IR to support displays that don't have HDMI CEC control.

Everything else is bluetooth. If you tried using a cell phone camera, you'd have seen no IR when pressing home, and other functions and would have saved yourself lots of time.

Fortunately, Apple still supports IR codes on the main unit and based on their previous remotes, the codes have been deciphered.

Makes sense but I swore that the TSU7000 reacted to the buttons but just did not show any code. ??? Anyway, it works now. Thanks.

I'm guessing not but are there any codes for letter and numbers? When I do a search or enter a password (don't have to sign in to pay for more stuff but you have to every time to cancel stuff) the layout they have is really bad and it would be much faster if I could enter numbers and letters directly.
