What is the process to update the firmware of a TSU7000?

Download the EXE from the files section, put it on a computer that as the Philips 7000 driver installed (XP) and then run the EXE once you connect the remote via USB.

Thank you . I have done that and it appears nothing happens. Is there a way to check what FW is on the remote?

What OS is on your computer?

When you run the EXE, it should attempt to connect to the remote via USB and the driver.

Thank you. XP is on the machine, and it is not trying to connect. Will play with it some more.

Might want to reinstall the USB driver, expecially if you cannot download a config to or upload a config from the remote.

Here's another link as well. Having difficulty finding my detailed instructions for RegEdit though.
