Hey everyone,
I'm new to the forum and I am in need of some advice, I was given a pronto ng pro ru980 control the other day and I am wondering if there is a way to do a hard reset as it will now allow me to add any devices /brands to it, plus i thought a fresh start to it would do some good.

Download the software and in the folder where you install the software, you will find a 'Sample' folder that has the default configuration that is loaded onto the remotes at the factory.
On XP, my location is:
D:\XPOther\Philips\ProntoProEdit NG\Samples\RU980
