first of all thanks for the codes. I've been using the stupid RNG remote and my 3500. Just one request- code for the "play" button.

The list of codes I have does not have Play but this should be it.

Would you be able to add 0 through 9 to your post #16?

This actually works perfectly on my Pronto TSU9600 & 9400 for my Xfinity/Comcast RNG110 Cable box. I've successfully used all of your HEX codes on post 16 as well as digit 1 from your post #3 with the repeat which you seem to have created with MakeHex. Your codes provided on post 11 for Ken fire off 2 and 3 digits for me rather that just sending the single digit. Thanks in advanced! Much appreciated.

2 Questions:

1. Are you using an RFX9600/RFX9400?
2. Have you experimented with the 'Duration' of the IR code for the component function in PEP2.

nope.. not using RFX extenders. this is straight out of the TSU controllers. I did indeed test it out with several timing options but no change. it seems as if the 1st codes that Jasonvp provided worked for the digit 1 but then when he provided the list of numbers for Ken he did so without a repeat. (don't know what that means for the code) but it sure impacts it. With the repeat code it looks like it works fine. Without the repeat it actually shoots 2 and 3 digits.

to clarify .. the Non Repeat codes from post 11 actually shoot out 2&3 repeated digits for me... however the first code that Jason provided with MakeHex on post 3 for digit 1 works perfectly.

Try modifying each of the Pronto Hex by changing e.g. (digit 2)

That should send one signal with no repeats at all, if your hardware actually uses the Pronto Hex rules.
 

I cannot thank Jason enough for providing these!  I have just had the latest Comcast X1 system installed which uses a Pace RNG150N secondary/satellite STB (networked to the main DVR) and controlled by the XFinity XR2 vU2 remote. My Pronto is a TSU-9300. I just assumed I'd be able to learn all the codes from the XR2, but even though the 9300 seemed to successfully learn what looked like "clean" codes, not a single one would work -- in fact none of them even lit up the IR LED on the face of the STB. I looked everywhere and finally found this thread; thankfully, all of these RNG200 codes that are applicable to the XR2 remote work perfectly on the RNG150N !!

My only problem now is finding the proper code for the new D/Green shortcut key on the XR2 remote which obviously wasn't applicable to the RNG200 STB.  Does anyone (Jason?) have that hex code?  I even studied the codes for the A/B/C buttons trying to find some kind of pattern that I might be able to "extend" for the D button, but couldn't really see any.

Also, the My DVR code appears to be obsolete for this new box; it would be great if there were a shortcut code to access recordings rather than having to go through the XFinity menu button and then arrow over to the Saved recording list.  The problem is that this box remembers where you were the last time so you can't reliably construct a macro that incorporates a set number of "arrow" functions that will always get you there.  Any help would be most appreciated!

Well I wouldn't have guessed it, but I went in again and tried to "extrapolate" the D/Green button hex code from the A/B/C codes and it actually worked!  I frankly think I just got lucky; whatever, here it is for anyone that needs it:

Again, this is for a RNG150N box using the XR2 U2 remote.  I'm still interested in a My DVR button shortcut if anyone has any ideas...

 

Thanks Jason. Your work still helping others 10 years after you posted. I pasted the values into AMX IRLib program and they work perfect. I did have to swap the 0000 0012 as discussed in a post in the thread. This kept the IR from repeating.
