Hi Any help most welcome.
Just set up my TSU3000, I have already set up an 2000 so know roughly what I am doing.
Problem is none of the hard bottons work at all. I have a hard button with the same link as an lcd button, the lcd button works the hard does not.
I have tried with cursor navigation on and off. I notice that when I press a hard button the little remote icon does not show it 'sending' which it does with lcd buttons.
Info on system
App ver 3.9.8
db ver v2.53U
Boot ver Boot V4.23
Free memory 79%

Have you tried downloading a fresh copy of the firmware?
Also, sometimes people have found that they can't get a link to work on some hard buttons, but putting the IR Code directly on the button does work. I don't think anyone has worked out why though.
