I got a call the other day on a TSU7000, the guy said his battery was dead and wanted a new one. We sent him a new one and it still has the same problem.
The problem is he turns it on then it dies out after about 30 seconds. What is going on with this. We do not deal with This remote at all so any info would be great.
Thanx

It looks like he has no charge in his batteries.

Is his 7000 charging correct? He gets a constant blue light for more then an hour in the docking station?

If yes, then he has a deffective remote or a deffective docking station or he got 2 dead batteries.

Some of these remotes fail to come out of sleep mode. You simply reinsert the battery to get it to work again. Have him update to the latest software version. This usually fixes this problem. If that doesn't work, there are a lot of threads in this forum on the subject.

Firmware version.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
