Ok, was going to try and reporgram my TSU7000 for my new equipment, but when I downloaded what is supposed to be the laster editor, it won't install under Windows Vista! Going back to XP (let alone the install time) is NOT an option. Does anyone have a suggestion of what to do? If it at least installed, could have run it under XP compatability (MAYBE).

You need to run the install kit in XP Compatibility mode.

Once installed, ProntoEditNG does NOT need to run in compatibility mode.

Oh thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I had just gone out and got the MX3000 thinking that would work - NOT! It tries to install Active Synch, but Vista won't allow it. Had to get Windows Mobile Manager, but it does not recognize the MX3000. So now I can at least go back to the TSU7000. Once again THANK YOU!!!!!

I tried to install this POS software on 3 vista PC's..
No problem on the install part, but the application crashes after I launch it.
I had to load up a winxp box.

You could also install XP on a VM that supports usb.
