I've had a Pronto NG 3000 for about 2 to 2.5 years now, and have had zero problems with it. The past week it has started to lock up on me, and the only way to unlock it is to remove the battery, and put it back in. It's also sometimes not responding to my touching the screen, or while it's just sitting on the table will turn on the backlight without the remote being touched.

I've upgraded the bios in the remote hoping that would fix the problems, but it didn't change anything. Does anyone else have any ideas, or has any else experienced this?

Thanks,
mikebaby
