I recently added a Media Center Edition equiped computer to my set-up. The media center remote codes have all been learned and programmed into my set-up. All components (including the new computer) are in a cabinet and controlled with the Pronto RF controller. Unfortunately while all buttons will work when pressed, a single button won't repeat when pressed again. (i.e. a button cannot be pressed twice in a row).

Any advice?

It's called a "toggle bit". Search the Pronto, not Pronto NG forum for +360 +toggle +bit and you'll find a very recent thread discussing this issue as well as links to CCFs to help get around this problem.

Actually if it helps, you install TweakMCe and set it to allow/disallow universal remote (Whatever the setting is it will be the opposite of what you find doesn't work for you now). You will find then that toggle bits are unecessary

Thank you both so much for your responses -- I installed TweakMCE and in my case the trick was that I had to "DISABLE universal remotes" and then reboot to make this work. But it does.

Thanks again
