Is Philips there, and is there any more info on the 3000 and possibly a colored version?

Most importantly, I'd like to know:

a) actual mass-availability release date

b) availability of next PENG update to fix the bugs in the current version

According to Philips:

There is no color version of the 3000 here at CES, nor did they say it was in the works (which doesn't mean it isn't). The 3000s are shipping right now to a group of distributors that work primarily with the custom installer and local A/V stores. Mass distribution will follow within the next few weeks. They claimed to be shipping out a lot of them since they are out of 2000s. We shall see.

FWIW, I spoke to one of their tech guys, and he said they were waiting to get feedback from people using the remote (downloading and uploading) to address any problems there as well. Again, we shall see.
