I recently converted my CCF to a PCF, and just like Philips says, not all of the IR commands came over. However, to compound the problem, it doesn't want to learn some of the commands from my Samsung SIR-T165. Specifically, it wont learn the up, left and right cursor codes. Learned the down code fine. There are some others as well. Any recommendation/advise?

See my separate post. I'm ready to throw the 3000 against the wall. Don't know if the firmware update is to blame or not, but the dang things says it learns the codes, but they don't work when you try to use them. I'm beginning to get e-mail from other users with similar problems. It seems Philips has a programming problem on their hands...

I just recieved my 3000 in the mail. I tried the auto search for A mitsubishi and there was no code from their files. I tried copying from remote to remote. All I could get to work is the power buttons.
Volume and channel up and down did not copy at all.

I will admit that I have never programmed one of these before(that is a Pronto style remote). So maybe I did something wrong. Is this the same kind of problem that you are having?

Try holding the Samsung remote buttons down longer, and about 2 inches away. I just got the T165 and I had to do the cursor commands twice. But, it works fine! I have no problems using the TSU-3000 with the T165. With no real template for a HDTV receiver I had to learn alot of codes, but it went fine.I have learned alot of codes with no problems. I have never owned a Pronto before, so I am not trying to convert files if that makes a difference. Can these files be uploaded with the IR commands to the website? Trying to custom design the T165 pages took longer. Tell me if getting you a file with the codes in it would help.

On it's way. Tell me how it works. I sent just the T165 info for now. Tell me if you need the whole thing. Looks like all the buttons transfered, but not the hard buttons and macros I setup. Good Luck.
