I've used my Pronto NEO for years with my Tivos and it's work great!
Now, I trying to use it with a Comcast adapter box and it's a 'no-go'...
When I try to learn the codes from the Comcast remote, nothing happens.
Usually, it's been very straight forward and easy to update.
What am I missing?
