Lost the original AVP remote....bought the Harmony 525...
...loaded accordingly the database from Harmony website..
...all devices work EXCEPT the Proceed AVP....
Any suggestions from the gurus here?

Post in another forum, perhaps, and tell us in this thread where you posted so we can go to one location for all suggestions and followup?
