I've tested this one a little more than my last problem (a little embarrassing).

What I have is a proton TSU6000 & a keyspan serial to USB adaptor. I've tried to use the proton with adaptor on three different PC (two XP one 2k) none detect the proton.

My work machines run NT (cutting edge) & straight into serial I was able to upload some CCF's.

All looked ok until it then stopped working & I was unable to load any more CCF's into it. I can upload from the device but then when I try to download the same file it can't connect to it??

I tried it with power to the cradle & without, searched the forum for related topics but can't find anything. Hope someone can help.

Thanks I'll check what com port it's running on. Can't really find an explanation in there why it would load from it sometimes & only load to it one it 15.

I also had lost my keyspan sw & loaded the USA-19HS from their site instead of the 19w that I see most use. I'll try changing that over
