Hello there, I have been playing around with my ProntoPro for about a day and a half and still am having problems programming buttons that work. I understand the learn function and have been able to create some nice buttons, however I can't get them to do 3 digit numbers.

Situation: Have Direct TV with 500 channels. I have made buttons for cannels like HBO, Comedy Central, NFL, etc. These channels are usually in the hundreds: 107, 204, etc. and I cannot program the buttons correctly for these multiple number station.

Can anyone tell me how you do this... Thanks

Yep. Look here: [Link: remotecentral.com]. Lots of good info in the FAQ.

Hey thanks, That sort of helped me, because it seems the .01 pauses are helping. I tried doing this earlier without the pauses and nothing happened. I'm sure there is an easier way than how I'm doing it, but I'll get it to work.

Basically I've copied and pasted into a Word document each numbers IR code. I put this IR code in so my things look like [c] and not [B] DSS - keypad 2 in the instructions

Oh well it seems to be working... Thanks again for your help

You can copy IR codes directly into Pronto Edit, but your best bet is to use an "Alias". An alias "points" to a code that's on another button, in other words, no need to copy or learn a code more than once.
