do you mean

1) that in PE as soon as you add a panel all you see is the frame with no buttons? that is the default, you can remove the frames and add buttons to the panel

2) in PE all is OK but in the emulator or the Pronto all you see are the frames (not the buttons that are in PE) then the problem is that the buttons don't do anything (don't have an action on the action list) and the Pronto thinks they are for future use and so does not show them in "use" mode

did you add an action to the buttons? Like I said in #2 the Pronto has a "cleaning function" where buttons that are not used are not shown in use mode. Add a delay, timer, sound or IR code to the button for it to show up or go into learn or edit mode in the emulator (or Pronto)

it seems that creating my own will be a mess for a start....I think I prefer to copy some devices into my own..for startig.
How can I do this? because when i copy a device and i open my own paste device doesn't appear.....

You can try Tonto (it was an editor created by a Pronto user) or you have two options in PE

1)
a] take the CCF with device you want
b] copy the device (button or page)
c] click file open
d] pick your CCF
e] pick replace
f] paste the device

2)
a] take the CCF with the stuff you want
b] delete everything but the stuff you want
c] save this file (i.e. device X)
d] open your CCF (if not open already in an other instance of windows)
e] click file open
f] pick the file you saved in c]
g] pick merge

--------------
these both sound more complicated then they are to do, each has a benefit depending on what you want to do

With #2, be sure to delete home pages and macros, too, of the files you add. Also, there might be aliases on the hard buttons, which are found under Properties of the Home Page; you should dump those too.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
