I purchased a used TSU6000 and need to reconfigure it to its original configuration
The reset button does not give this result
Where can I get the firmware?

To return it to it's original configuration, you need to reinstall the default.ccf, not reflash the firmware. This can be done by downloading "default.ccf" included in the software, or using the "revert" button in setup on the remote. If you revert, you need to make a change (just delete a button) on the remote itself, or the revert button will be greyed out.
