I have a tsu 2000 and it was already programmed. How do i reset it?? I tried pressing the reset button in the back is there anything else I should know?? Should I do it through the pronto edit maybe?

I assume you want to go back to the factory default display. Two ways to do this. Within Pronto Edit, download the "default.ccf", it's part of the software package. Or on the remote, in the setup menu, there's a key that says "revert". If it's greyed out, you need to make a change to the remote, like edit, and delete a button, then revert is available.

I don't have any software with this remote I bought just the remote for 25 bucks. CAn i get it any where?

Look here: [Link: remotecentral.com]. Reboot after install before running the program. Hope you got the cable with the remote, if not read the faq to find a replacement.
