I have a Pronto 1000. It's been about 4 years since I programmed it and I have a new device to add but for some reason ProntoEdit can't learn the buttons of my Sony DVD player model DVP NS715P. I get a timeout. I've been able to learn my Yamaha DSP 970 receiver codes but why won't the Sony codes work? The remote of the Sony DVD is RMT-D145A. Maybe its not infared?

Thanks for any advice. I can't find any configuration files that match this DVD player and I've forgotten how to copy codes anyway.

Thanks for any assistence.

OK, I got it to work. I guess I was holding the key down too long. I just pressed it for a few seconds and ProntoEdit took the code.

Thanks,

Kelvin
