as the title of this thread suggests i have a really annoying BUZZ coming from my remote and its doing my head in. the buzz only starts when the screen is on i have no idea what the problem could be so any suggestions on what it is and how to fix it would be very welcome. hope someone can help.
might help if i tell you which remote i have. its a philips pronto ru940.
please help before it ends up in pieces at the bottom of a wall

get some exercise, change channel by hand!!!!!!!!

It's part of the circuit that powers the touchscreen. All of these remotes have it. Either your situition is worse than most or you're more susceptable to the noise. No way to fix it yourself, although you could send it to Philips for repair. The problem with this is that what you get back might not be any better.
