I am looking for universal remote which can operates
my TV Pioneer Elite Pro119. Will Pronto TSU2000 work?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

hello i have a pioneer elite pro 119 and i have tried with various universal remotes, and i cant get it to work.. can some body tell me how to do it. i read about the pronto but i have no idea of what that is.. can somebosy help me?

if you can post, you can start a new thread. I suggest you start a new thread in the Custom Installers Forum. If you ask the same question there, but include the model numbers of the remotes you've tried, you'll get some good responses.

Very often, members here respond quite negatively to posts tacked onto very old threads, so as I said, start a new one.

The Pronto, and remotes from RTI and URC, are remotes that are programmed by computer (installers do this) to control audio/video systems. Prontos are now obsolete but this forum remains because there are so many Prontos out there and they're still very useful for many things.

If you're looking for, and have tried, remote controls that have several buttons across the top, such as cable remotes have, it's important to point that out, too. As well as the price range of what you've tried. That will help the installers get an idea of what you're looking for.
