Previously I've had no problems using Commercial Skip with my Scientific Atlanta Explorer 4250HDC box and URC-9910 RC. I get "Success" programming the desired channel to return to on the remote. When I click Commercial Skip to return to the set channel the TV displays a flash of the returned channel followed by a retention of the current channel. The cable box hangs with the return channel displayed but does not complete the cycle. Can someone guide me as to how to correct this? In advance thanks for your time and support

.I found the answer; so for those who can benefit it's: Commercial Skip requires 4 digits to be entered. i.e. Ch 24 = 0024 etc
