The manual for your TV doesn't list Sleep in the table of IR codes.  However, many LG TVs use EFC 00054 for Sleep.

Tap TV
1) Press Setup until 2 blinks
2) Enter 994  (2 blinks)
3) Tap Setup
4) Enter 00054
5) Tap the button you'd like to assign Sleep to.
The remote should blink twice.
