Hi there,
I love the look of this remote and want to buy it but am concerned that I will not be able to control my UK Sony DAVS880 with it. Since this unit is a multi function device it's hoping for rather a lot out of a remote. I know if I buy one of these from the states that it will not work out the box, but the US tech support guys didn't sound too convinced that it would be able to fully control the Sony UK DAV unit.
If it was not possible to get to the WAV files required for the this device, does anyone know if there are the JP1 device codes out there necessary to get this up and running with my current kit??
Any information or links around the 9960 and a UK Sony DAV unit would be much appreciated.
