I'm sure you get peeved with people dropping into your forum to ask for help and advice, but I've purchased a Mosaic One for All and have setup all my remotes except one and as I can't find the help anywhere else I hoped that someone on here may have had similar problems and can help me overcome mine.

I own a Silverscreen Trilogy I which is an A/V Control unit for all my appliances to go into and then I can simply switch between them without keep unplugging scarts, etc. However, this is not listed in either the device listings, the setup section, nor the codes (unless I'm being blind!).

Do any of you own such a piece of equipment and know either the codes for this or another device that has the same remote and therefore I can set it up.

The Mosaic can be upgraded over the phone and from the web, so your next move should be to check the OFA web site and if the device is not listed there (which is likely) you should call OFA support and see if they have a code for it. If they do, they can load it into your remote over the phone.
