I'm a new user of the Pronto 500. No problems with entering IR codes, learning new codes, etc. My problem is with the NeoEdit software. When I make changes in "Tuner" and save the new configuration, my Device Overview buttons are all black. I have to download the White&Black config to get my Pronto Device Overview screen with the buttons labeled. I've loaded someone's elses configuration and saved it as a new config. When I open that, the Device Overview buttons are all black again with no printing. I've download Vers 1.3 with the same results. Oh, by the way, when I open the Device Overview screen in NeoEdit, I first get a message reading "Changes you make in the Device Overview" pages will not be saved. NeoEdit automatically generates the Device Overview pages every time you save the configuration file." This is driving me batty! Any help would be greatly app0reciated.....Pete

Well, to get rid of the "Changes you make.." there should be a check box to get rid of it, if not, you'll have to edit the reg file to.

As to the buttons being all black, check your display's color, and change it to either 16 or 32 bit color display and should fix this..

Thanks allamand changing display to 32 bit color from 256 did the trick. Makes sense after you think about it for a while but never would have thought of it myself. Thanks once again.

NP pgomulke, I just wish Philips would fix this problem or post it in the Neo's readme file, as I think your the third person now that's had this happen!

Make you changes to the device overview page and then save to have the changes actually take effect. That's all that part means anyway.
