Once, a day... try 3-4 times in a couple hours. Try the contact tab, at the top.

At first it didn't occur to me that he might work at PricesRite. Then I found a post like all his others only not a response or complaint, just how much they were. I am sure he works at PricesRite. Kinda sucks that he has to do his advertising by slamming the NEO. If you are curious, do a forum search with his name and you will see he has done almost no posts other than this one that keeps reappearing.
