I feel like i have read all the threads and i'm still unsure which one to purchase. What i like about the NEO is the additional hard buttons, but my concern is the easy of getting my components working with it. I have a panasonic plasma, sony es reciever, philips dvd player, scientific atlantic cable/hdtv cable box and a playstation 2. i know that the 2000 has a lot of codes built in, i'm still confused as to how i get all the codes into the neo. please help

No problem! I have an NEO and all I had to do was to learn the NEO the codes that wasn't supported by the built in database. :D Just copy the codes from the remotes. You can "blend" different codes from different divices on the same pages (on the NEO) and so on.... :)

I have a LUMA-video (lol!) and it was no problem to learn it's codes to the NEO. :)
