How do you download (a single key that you have labeled) to your remote? Every time I update my remote from my computer I lose memory on all of the "learned" keys that I have programed.

You don't! You first Upload your learn Ir codes to the ncf file you want. After that, if you want to add a button, you could just pick a button, learn the code, re-upload(Remember what button it was) and the use "Copy & Paste" to paste that newly learned IR code into you saved ncf file, relable, change bitmap, what ever you want, then re-download to the neo.

P.S. you need ver 1.3 of NeoEdit to upload

After you DL the two files, one for NeoEdit 1.3 the other is the Flash Firmware program I'd go ahead and uninstall your old ver(make sure to move any files you want saved!)
Then install ver 1.3, and you'll see that it now allows you to upload. You won't lose any codes you have learned. But if you install the Firmware update first, it will clean everyting out! The update is what now allows the backlight to come one any button and has Calbration function for the screen

Download 1.3 first. Well, after moving any file worth saving. Upload your learned commands. Then install the new filmware.

I downloaded a program from the website last night to my pronto/neo, & now my screen went blank & I can't get it to come back on. I have tried RESET & I still get a blank screen. Anybody know what to do? Thanks!
