I have found that with some IR codes you have to just keep tring! Also, on my RCA utv I found out that by first holding the RCA remote's button, then quickly hit the NEo button I wanted the code learned to, that it learned the IR code great! So that's a option to try. Try looking for Ncf files with the code already learned too, as you can "Copy & Paste" them to your config.

I held down the button on the remote I was learning from for a few secs. then I het the button on the Neo that I wanted to learn. This worked about 70% of the time.

For the more stubborn ones I did this;

Move the Neo to the edge of the table with the ir window looking out off the edge, then take your old remote and lower it or raise it and point it at the Neo ir signal. Even turning it upsaid down when you do this. Just be sure and hold both it very still.

Hope this helps.
