Hi,

I'm having a strange problem with linking of commands on my pronto. I have a macro button under one device which links to several other buttons. It works properly. When I create a link to this macro
button, the emulator works properly but the real Pronto Neo only executes the first command in the
macro button's sequence, and then emits a long beep (or a buzzing sound). The macro button itself
works fine, but the button linking to it only executes the first step.

Any idea what's going on? Why can't I get the Pronto to link to this button properly?

thanks for any suggestions,

Is this a TRU500? Are you using the newest software and Firmware for the Neo?

Have you tried just the first and second link(IR codes) to see if it locks? What devices/ir codes?
