I just stopped in to this forum, since I'd only been in it once or twice before.

Some interesting stuff.

Also, I'm trying to hit 4,000 posts and this will help! ;-) ROFL

Greg,

This isn't a Home Theater Remote you know :)

But you can send a copy of the Neo's software to URC,because now i've added my Downstairs setup to my Neo, I'm going to have to let the MX-1000 go..

Oh Well, maybe next year..

I had a Pronto Neo and it crashed with the update. Since it was a piece of trash from the beginning, Philips is going to upgrade me to the new Pronto, not the Neo. If anyone else is having this problem, just call Philips Customer Care at 800-835-3506 like I did and tell them your Neo crashed and you want to be upgraded to the Pronto 2000. It only takes a minute to get this upgrade completed and you will be happy again.

Has anyone else heard of Philips doing this? This seems like a big jump from the cost of the Neo to the cost of the TSU2000.
